Can anyone help. I have installed the polariser film on the diffuser as it was in the manual. But the image I get is vignetted and doesn't look right to me. I have tried all orientations but no luck. The only thing I was wondering is. Should I be cutting a hole in the front one for the Lens to it is only the leds. In the manual it goes over the lens.
Thanks Matt

Thank you very much. Easy fix. Cheers
Yes... that looks like the problem. you need to cut out a hole in the polarizing filter on the front of the diffuser. Here's pictures of a completed diffuser showing the front and back.
You have answered my question i think. I have not cut a hole in the front piece. In the manual it has no hole
There are two pieces of polarizing film. One fits over the lights and has a hole cut out from the lens, the other piece (rotated 90 degrees from the piece that covers the lights) is positioned over the lens.
From your picture it looks like the hole for the lens is not big enough and is covering the lens. I don't know how you accomplished that, but if you were to post a picture of your assembled diffuser it might be easier to tell.
