I just ordered the "mini" with all components, and eagerly look forward to its arrival. In particular, I want to compare to the results from my Thunk3d and Tupel3d. Has anyone used the "mini" to get a STL, PLY, etc... file from coins? In particular, I use the rear face (tails) of the US penny (pre 2008) as a cross calibration.
